A range of 40 pint beer kits to suit every budget

The Coopers range offers consistently high quality beers at incredible prices, some say these beers are as good as they get, but cost a fraction of top end kits. Coopers Kits are the only ones in the world made by a real brewery, so the ingredients were designed for beer (as opposed to cakes and confectionary). As an Australian company, Coopers yeasts are much more tolerent of temperature variations than other kits. So its no wonder that they are the most popular kits in the world.

Kits with less than 3 Kg malt extract will require the addition of sugar; although we strongly suggest you use brewing sugar instead. Or for an even better result, use Coopers Malt Extract Light 1.5kg or Light Spraymalt. These can be found in the Ingredients and Chemicals section.

Kits containing 3 Kg or more do not require sugar and you will be able to brew these beers to the very highest quality - a quality which complies with the 15th Century German purity law - the 'Reinheitsgebot'. Light spraymalt can be used instead of sugar to prime your bottled beer.

In general, the more malt (in Kg) the better quality the beer will be. The Coopers All Malt kits are superb value. And all of the Coopers are exceptional!

Bottled beer can be primed with sugar but, for a higher quality result, you should use Coopers Carbonation Drops or Brewing And Winemaking Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose Monohydrate) 1kg.

Beer enhancers contain a mix of brewing sugar and malt extract, and there are lots of additives to tweak the taste and feel of your beer ; these be found in the Ingredients and Chemicals section.
